As a Staff Software Engineer , your primary focus will be to architect, build, and optimize our platform across the stack, from scalable frontend applications to high-performance backend services. At this level, you'll be expected to drive technical excellence across multiple teams, shape engineering direction, and stay hands-on in the code where it matters most. You'll lead major technical initiatives, influence architecture and best practices, mentor engineers, and partner closely with product, design, data, QA, and engineering leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong systems thinking, and can translate long-term technical strategy into practical execution. What You'll Do - Architect, build, and maintain our full-stack platform, including React.js applications and high-performance backend services built with Node.js , GraphQL , and REST API's - Lead technical decisions across the stack, balancing performance, maintainability, scalability, and developer experience - Design and optimize APIs and service patterns that support both our product experiences and third-party integrations - Improve database
