As an Engagement Manager , you will serve as the strategic owner for BuildOp's largest customers-accountable for orchestrating outcomes across multiple operating companies (OpCos) within a private equity (PE) structure, from scoping the initial implementation through long-term value realization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Engagement Managers , this role is perfect for someone energized by high-stakes client partnerships, complex program leadership, and the challenge of driving enterprise transformation at scale across PE-backed portfolios. What We Look For : - 6-10+ years of experience in top-tier consulting and/or complex SaaS implementation, with ownership of multi-workstream programs and executive-level visibility. - Proven track record leading enterprise or PE-backed portfolios, ideally in industrial, field service, construction, or adjacent verticals. - Hands-on SaaS deployment experience end-to-end: discovery, design, build, test, go-live, and post-go-live optimization. - Expert program management skills including governance cadences, risk/issue tracking, dependency management, and decision logging across complex, multi-workstream engagements. - Change management expertise with a proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment, develop communication plans, and deliver frontline adoption at scale. - Commercial and PS acumen including a strong understanding of professional services economics (scoping, pricing, margin) and how they relate to SaaS ARR and NRR. - Executive presence and communication skills with demonstrated
