Merchandising Coordinator, Fine Jewelry Remote Merchandising Coordinator, Fine Jewelry Merchandising - Remote Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to join our Merchandising team and support the growth of our Fine Jewelry business. The ideal candidate brings a genuine appreciation for fine jewelry craftsmanship and design, paired with strong analytical instincts and a collaborative spirit. In this role, you will support product lifecycle and launch initiatives across cross-functional teams - including Design, Production, Planning, Ecommerce, and Marketing - ensuring a seamless product experience across all customer touchpoints. Key responsibilities include: - Run regular business reporting to evaluate product and category performance, including growth, mix and profitability. - Support team members across all stages of the product lifecycle from line plan to launch, assisting on collection briefing, design brainstorm, costing, and downstream product launch initiatives. - Conduct competitor reviews to monitor trends, pricing, promotional activity, and product introductions. - Participate in the product development process, partnering with category merchants to build product assortments that support sales and growth plans. - Maintain accurate SKU attribute and pricing information. - Collaborate with cross functional teams, including production, operations, marketing, and site merchandising to launch new product and drive category performance. Specific qualifications include: - BA degree or equivalent, preferred - 2 years of analytical experience or corporate merchandising experience in a consumer-based retail environment. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
