Senior Employee Relations Manager, APAC Additional Posting Location(s) Malaysia-Kuala Lumpur Location: Kuala Lumpur, Penang Purpose Statement: Boston Scientific (BSC) believes that to grow our business, we must grow our people. We are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager APAC to lead highly complex and sensitive workplace investigations and provide expert guidance on policy interpretation and complex employee relations matters across the APAC region. In this role, you will conduct root‑cause and trend analyses, provide oversight and mentorship to other investigators, and lead cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen the company's global Employee Relations (ER) function in the APAC region. You will also contribute to the development of tools, systems, processes, and strategies that drive consistency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement. This is a strategic individual‑contributor role reporting to the Global Sr. Director of Employee Relations. You will partner closely with HR leadership and APAC HR teams to deliver scalable, consistent ER services aligned with business objectives and exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expertise Serve as the Employee Relations subject matter expert in the APAC region, leading complex investigations and interpreting company policies to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes across regions and organizational levels.
