Regional Sales Manager - IC/PI- NZD Auckland ABOUT THE ROLE The position of Regional Sales Manager is to drive business growth through the execution of corporate, regional and local sales strategies, in securing product positioning and market penetration. The Regional Sales Manager works closely with their team to capture and broaden market share, aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning. A core focus of the Regional Sales Manager is building and developing a high-performing team - leading, coaching and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets and optimal patient outcomes This role is based in Auckland and reports directly to the Business Unit Director, Interventional Cardiology & Structural Heart, with a dotted reporting line to the Business Unit Director, Peripheral Interventions. While Auckland based, we are open to considering applications from candidates located elsewhere within New Zealand. It requires regular travel within New Zealand and some international travel to Australia (and occasionally other regions) to support business priorities and stakeholder engagement. As a key member of the ANZ Interventional Cardiology and Peripheral Interventions Leadership teams, this role contributes to the development and execution of regional strategy, playing a critical part in shaping business planning, driving performance outcomes, and supporting the ongoing growth and capability of the broader ANZ organisation.
