About the Role The Principal Product Manager, Capital Lifecycle Excellence will play a critical leadership role in advancing the Endourology Capital Equipment portfolio and ensuring the organization is positioned to achieve capital install targets and the associated revenue ramp. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing lifecycle strategies across capital equipment, with a focus on launch readiness, service strategy execution, end-of-life planning, and operational alignment with Corporate Capital Equipment Technical Services. This individual will serve as the key commercial and cross-functional interface to CETS operations, ensuring that capital workflows, product design, and packaging design are developed and executed in a way that improves the effectiveness of CETS, strengthens the customer experience, and supports scalable commercial execution.
