About the role: The Director of Operations has total responsibility for a manufacturing site with a broad product range within a BSC and support local manufacturing for China (in some instances the site will serve more than one Corporate Division). The individual provides leadership & direction to his or her Management team, typically made up of Directors (or Senior Manager's) of Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Finance, HR, etc. and has total responsibility for the key Corporate metrics of Quality, Delivery and Cost. He or she has a strong operational focus, leading and driving the organization to continuous improvements in overall performance based on established benchmarks, both within and external to BSC.
