Role Objective: Support the demand planning process by ensuring forecast accuracy, data integrity, and proper execution across a complex portfolio. Mandatory Requirements (Must Have) Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning roles. Advanced English (spoken and written). Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas; macros are a plus). Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Rapid Response, Oracle, or similar). Proven experience managing complex product portfolios and multiple demand streams. Key Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Solid understanding of forecasting processes, demand drivers, and forecast adjustment validation. Ability to ensure process discipline and data quality.
