About this role: The Commonwealth Region Manager (RM) for BSC's Endoscopy Atlantic Division has responsibility for the Territory Manager team in their region which includes people leadership and development, strategic leadership, collaborative leadership with resources to support the market, and driving performance leadership at an individual and team level. This region will include the greater Philadelphia, PA Metro market and surrounding suburbs within the state of Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will live in this area. Field time is expected to be approximately 70%. The RM also collaborates with the Director of Sales and peers on the sales management team to contribute to and execute divisional leadership priorities.
