About the role: The Associate Director, Medical Affairs & Clinical Strategy will be responsible for external engagement, evidence generation, and scientific communications, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and publication excellence for Neuromodulation's Interventional Spine franchise. It requires strong cross-functional collaboration with executive and clinical teams to ensure the integrity of clinical data communication. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite) out of the Maple Grove, MN office location Your key responsibilities will include: Interpret clinical data and trial designs to identify evidence gaps and strategic opportunities within the interventional spine space. Set and align scientific and communication strategies with therapeutic area goals, leveraging clinical trends and unmet needs to drive impactful publications and education initiatives.
