Our team in Sales is currently searching for a Sales Operations Coordinator. What awaits you? You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining systems and frameworks, including Shipping Report/SCMWIT/IVSR synchronisation of vehicle stock and damages, and ensuring timely campaigns and damages are tracked. You will drive coordination across the supply chain to expedite dispatches, monitor dealer network status, and advise on expedite where possible. You will support dealer communications by responding to stock queries, coordinating with various BMW systems, and updating shipping reports and dashboards. You will monitor day-to-day operations at Seaway, Vehicle Processing Centre, and transport supplier activities to ensure alignment with targets. You will collaborate with Sales Operations, Logistics, and Digital teams to maintain transparency, improve processes, and support cross-functional projects.
