Lead, mentor, and develop your production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Ensure the highest standards of safety and tidiness in your area. Identify training needs, organize qualification courses, and ensure all new employees are successfully onboarded and technically proficient. Take full ownership of shift output, product quality, and cost management. Lead root cause analysis for system failures, quality deviations, or quantity losses. You are responsible for the first failure control loop and the initiation of preventive measures. Actively participate in the planning and optimization of new production facilities and technical modifications.
