What awaits you? Creating comprehensive analysis plans including scope, priorities, schedule, dependencies, and stakeholder identification. Independently conducting analytical workshops with business and technical stakeholders. Managing requirement changes within projects and moderating scope adjustments. Developing clear business, functional, and non-functional requirements (user stories with acceptance criteria). Maintaining detailed analytical documentation using Confluence and Jira. Presenting requirements effectively to technical teams (developers, testers, architects, system analysts). Presenting and explaining requirements to sponsors and senior management. What should you bring along? University degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. Professional experience in business analysis, ideally within complex programs or integration/data-driven projects. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to translate business requirements into technical language and vice versa. Experience in process modeling and use of tools like Draw.io, Signavio, or UML (preferred). Basic skills in data handling (CSV, SQL queries). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including moderating workshops.
