About this role
Consumer Operations Data Analyst Intern Paris Blockchain is connecting the world to the future of finance. As the most trusted and fastest-growing global crypto company, it helps millions of people worldwide safely access cryptocurrency. Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions. We are looking for a Consumer Operations Data Analyst Intern to join our Customer Operations department for a final-year internship. The role sits at the intersection of data engineering and operational analytics, supporting a team that ensures a seamless and secure experience for Blockchain.com users worldwide, across customer support, fraud detection, and risk management. You will own a mix of hands-on automation work and analytical output: building the scripts and pipelines that reduce manual effort for the Operations team, while producing the dashboards and insights that inform day-to-day decisions. You will work closely with the Trust & Safety Manager and collaborate across Customer Support, Fraud, and Risk functions. The work is cross-functional; what you build and what you surface from the data directly shapes how operational teams prioritize and respond to issues. This role suits someone equally comfortable writing Python as pulling insights from a database and presenting a clear recommendation. You take a problem from diagnosis to solution without needing significant hand-holding, and you stay curious enough about the operational context to ask the right questions before you start building.
