Senior Product Manager Job Location - Country United States Location: Preference for hybrid in Philadelphia, PA, United States. Open to considering home-based colleagues throughout the United States. Position Summary: At Bentley, our products help engineers design and operate the infrastructure the world depends on. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more products in our portfolio - driving measurable value for users while staying tightly aligned to business goals. You'll lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and beyond, serving as the connective tissue between stakeholders, engineering, and the market. You bring deep industry awareness and a genuine curiosity about users with an ability to translate competitive signals and customer needs into a product direction teams can execute against with confidence. To thrive here, you'll need 8+ years of experience with complex software products, strong leadership through influence, and communication skills to move between a development team and an executive sponsor without missing a beat. Experience with AI-enhanced products is a plus. A growth mindset and a bias toward impact are a must.
