Senior Consultant (Maximo) Job Location - Country United States Position Summary: The Senior Consultant (Maximo) aligns with functional consultants, business, and IT stakeholders to translate business issues and requirements into best practice processes, blueprint, functional, and technical specifications. They provide a leadership role for peers through extensive knowledge in their area of specialization. For our global client base, the Senior Consultant champions client solutions, projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity playing a pivotal role in project delivery, customer operational support and sales engagement opportunities. For the wider team, the Senior Consultant acts as a mentor and leader to more junior positions, promoting collaborative and cross functional working methodologies and best practice. Responsibilities: Act as Solution or Team Leader on large projects Configure and customize client solutions applying in-depth knowledge of workflows, system configuration, best practice and customizations to develop technical solutions for customers Responsible for architecting, designing, documenting, and prototyping the associated technical solutions for the system configuration to be implemented Lead the facilitation/documentation of system design workshops, process reengineering workshops and the creation of project and system documentation including architecture, process maps, system requirements, data standards, and training materials Collaborate with Delivery Managers to execute ag
