About this role

Principal Product Manager Job Location - Country United States Location: Hybrid or office-based 2-3 days per week in Philadelphia or Exton, Pennsylvania, United States. Remote work will be considered for exceptional applicants within the eastern time zone. Position Summary: Bentley is investing in the next generation of its industry‑leading structural analysis and design software portfolio. We're seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and market success of new products that will help structural engineers design and build more economical, safer, and more resilient civil engineering infrastructure. This is a high‑impact leadership role with visibility across Bentley and the global infrastructure community. You'll guide a cross‑functional program from early concept to successful launch and beyond, building a product on which tens of thousands of structural engineers will rely. If you are motivated by shaping flagship products, leading complex cross‑functional programs, and redefining how structural engineers work, this role offers a rare opportunity to do so at scale. Responsibilities: Manage the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for structural engineering analysis and design software products with a large, global user base. Oversee the entire product lifecycle process. Determine the right user segments to target and feature epics to build through an understanding of engineering and construction trends, structural engineering best practices, and user feedback.
