Application Engineer Job Location - Country Poland Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid) Position Summary: Bentley's Solution Engineering team partners with sales to showcase the value of Bentley solutions to infrastructure and utility companies worldwide. As an Application Engineer, you will help customers in the electric utilities industry solve complex business and engineering challenges by designing, positioning, and demonstrating integrated solutions across Bentley's portfolio, with a focus on overhead lines . Working closely with sales, product, and industry teams, you will understand customer objectives, define solution architectures, and deliver technical presentations, demos, workshops, training, and support aligned with utility workflows and industry standards. You will play a key role in driving customer success, product adoption, and ARR growth while helping utilities plan, design, and deliver critical transmission and distribution infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: Promote Bentley solutions to infrastructure audiences, demonstrating value to designers, engineers, architects, contractors, and owners to help achieve business goals. Lead technical discovery engagements to understand business goals, engineering requirements, and enterprise workflows. Design and position integrated solution architectures for electric utilities, aligning workflows with user objectives.
