About this role

Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Consultant Dublin Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Consultant Our Microsoft team is at an inflection point of growth and we are looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Consultant to join us on this exciting journey. The successful candidate will be a lead consultant on Business Central implementation projects and will work closely with clients and the delivery team through the normal phases of delivery from discovery workshops through to the post go-live support. About the role: As a Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in the design and presentation of the solution blueprint to the client, working closely with developers and other consultants. You will lead the configuration and testing of the solution, including any ISV apps and custom extensions. Other activities will include end user training, data migration and cut-over planning. You will leverage your significant experience of successfully implementing Business Central to ensure project success. Key responsibilities will include: - Advising client organisations on the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central capabilities and functions. - Conducting requirements gathering and analysis with clients using standard methodologies. - Designing optimised business processes for our clients. - Understanding and recommending configurations and customisations in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, aiming to minimise customisations. - Supporting clients throughout all phases of the project, from requirements analysis to roll out. - Applying strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile and SCRUM as well as experience of writing user stories and developing a backlog in Azure DevOps.
