About this role
Supervisor, Transport Management Country / Location Taiwan 1. Strategic business engagement: Participate in the development and implementation of G-EDM's business strategy, process improvements, and digitalization initiatives. Enhance business competitiveness by introducing new concepts and establishing expert networks. Advocate for process improvements and digitalization to relevant stakeholders. 2. Process Improvement & Digitalization - NGBA steering & associated improvements: As the global point of contact for G-EDM Transport Management processes, lead & participate in the development, optimization and automation of processes related to all modes of transportation. Guide Supply Chain team members across countries to define the NGBA end-state solution and finalize process models. Conduct regular analysis of existing processes, IT environment, and align with best practices. 3. Change Management - Technical & Organizational: Identify global/country specific features and enable NGBA workshops for Transportation Management. Drive role-based training for users across G-EDM. Develop user documentation, process descriptions, guidelines, and procedural instructions. 4. Stakeholder Management & Global Coordination: Provide updates to key stakeholders on NGBA implementation progress, achievements, and improvements in planning in Transportation Management. Represent G-EDM in business experts' communities and NGBA forums for Transportation Management topics. Build internal G-EDM Logistics & Transport Management expert community.
