Lead Projects relevant to IE and customs operations, ensuring process adherence, operational excellence, and continuous learning and development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Country IE & Customs Ops, Regional Customs & Foreign Trade, Order Management, GBS, Finance, Procurement, and Business Units-to ensure full compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Oversee LLP & LSP daily operations, track vendor performance against KPIs, manage escalations, drive continuous improvement with country teams, and lead improvement efforts to strengthen overall Supply Chain operations. Support business units by enhancing service efficiency and implementing improvement initiatives to boost service quality and process effectiveness.
