About the Role The service involves Success Factors administration (LMS, Talent Modules), management of Learning Management System (LMS) and other talent management modules, ensuring that the system is updated and functioning optimally for user needs, provision of support and training for employees using the LMS, full fledge organization of virtual or in presence training events, administration of online training formats, training data maintenance in Success Factors from the publication of the event to the invoicing of training costs, reports creation, forwarding training participation fees to the cost centers of the training participants. Additional local HR services include adaptation of global/regional learning and development tasks/projects to the needs of the country.
