Main Tasks You will draft, review, and negotiate local or international legal and intellectual property contracts, using templates and playbooks within defined limits. You will provide legal and compliance support on various matters, including due diligence, merger and acquisition projects, audits, and legal investigations. You will manage the contract lifecycle, ensure process efficiency, and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of contract templates and knowledge management systems. You will interact with internal clients and external customers as required for your assigned tasks. You will perform ancillary tasks such as preparing presentations, using legal tech tools, and handling translations. Requirements University degree in Law, preferably with a focus on commercial law Experience in draft and legal review of contracts, preferably with commercial law emphasis At least 3 years of professional experience in legal and commercial contract management, preferably wit h knowledge or practice of both common-law and civil-law systems Experi
