Corporate Insurance (Specialist) Country / Location Malaysia The Corporate Insurance (CLI) Specialist will serve as the gatekeeper and central coordination point for insurance related governance activities across countries. The role ensures consistency, accuracy, compliance, and clear accountability for all insurance data, reporting, and coordination activities within the CLI scope.‑related governance activities across countries. Functional Tasks (Inclusive but not limited): Insurance Governance & Data Management Collect and consolidate data required for governance related insurance activities (e.g., asset values, stock values, turnover). ‑related insurance activities (e.g., asset values, stock values, turnover). Input and maintain insurance data in the relevant insurance systems and platforms. Collect local insurance policies and coordinate premium payment processes. Claims Management & Investigation Report, track, and manage insurance claims. Attend on‑site visits to assess and understand damages when required. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure claims are handled promptly and accurately. Stakeholder & Broker Management Manage and communicate with local insurance brokers and insurers. Explain insurance arrangements to local business units and functions. Support review of supplier or customer contracts, specifically on insurance clause interpretation.
