Assistant Manager, Procurement Process Engineer Country / Location China About The Role - Lead process improvement projects as focal process engineer for Asia Pacific - Identify opportunities and drive process optimization for direct and indirect Procurement - Implement process optimization measures and ensure change management cross procurement and relevant stakeholders - Improve project methodology competence and foster knowledge sharing within EC Procurement - Foster best practices and increase adoption globally How You Will Do It - Drive process optimization and digitalization from identification of potentials to implementation - Implement globally harmonized solutions - Take on project tasks such as master data migration, training, change management upon need and alignment within project team - Train organization upon need - Ensure proper process documentation What We Look For - Bachelor's degree and above. MBA is a plus. - Min. 3 years working experience with procurement or IT. - Experience in Project Management and process optimization - Good English skills in both writing and speaking. - Open minded and passionate on taking challenging tasks
