Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're hiring an Onboarding Program Manager to build and lead onboarding at Baseten, setting new hires up to do the best work of their careers. You'll ensure every person who joins us (we're onboarding dozens of new hires each month) feels welcomed, builds early belonging, gains fluency in our product and how we operate, and has clear expectations about what success looks like. This is not a logistics-only role. It sits at the intersection of learning & development, curriculum design, facilitation, and manager enablement. You'll own the onboarding journey from offer acceptance through the first 90 days and build scalable programs that accelerate ramp time, reinforce our culture, and prepare new hires to contribute quickly in a highly technical environment.
