THE ROLE As an Integrated Campaigns Manager at Baseten, you'll own the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate go-to-market momentum. This role is for a strategic, AI-native marketer who thrives on bringing campaigns to life end-to-end - from brief to launch to post-mortem - and who can orchestrate across channels, teams, and timelines with equal fluency. You'll be responsible for building cohesive, full-funnel campaign programs - spanning content, paid, email, events, and web - to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline as we scale through FY'27. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own strategy and execution for integrated marketing campaigns across the full funnel (paid, email, content, social, events). - Lead campaign planning and project management, ensuring cross-functional alignment from brief through launch and measurement. - Collaborate with content, design, data, sales, and product marketing to develop unified campaign narratives that resonate with our ICP. - Build campaign measurement frameworks to track engagement, pipeline
