About the Role Base is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to help lead our growing manufacturing team. As one of our first supervisors, you will play a key role in establishing the culture for our production floor and ensuring we hit our ambitious growth targets. We are looking for a people-first leader who cares about quality, safety, and scale. You will be responsible for guiding a team of Production Associates, helping them succeed in their daily tasks, and ensuring we build our battery systems to the highest standards. You will work closely with engineering and warehouse teams to maximize output and ensure we successfully hit our production ramp plan.
