About the Role We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Associates to launch our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be on the front line of building the future of energy, working directly on our production assembly lines to manufacture our cutting-edge battery storage systems. You will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of products, precisely following work instructions, and ensuring every unit meets our high-quality standards. This is an exciting, hands-on, physically active role that requires reliability, efficiency, and a commitment to safety. What You'll Do - Operate production machinery and equipment safely while ensuring consistent output across all products. - Assemble battery systems and sub-assemblies on a manufacturing production line, following detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Perform visual inspections of parts and finished units to identify defects or inconsistencies, ensuring products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage. - Load and unload materials onto the production line and assist with kitting job kits and organizing components to support smooth workflow. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with 5S standards and comply with all safety requirements,
