We are seeking candidates with backgrounds in banking, agriculture, agri-business, lending, sales, or client-facing advisory roles who want to deepen their expertise in Commercial Banking. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who understand the agricultural sector-or are eager to learn more-and are motivated to build strong client relationships, deliver tailored financial solutions, and support local market growth. As part of the Commercial Banking Development Summit Readiness Program, you will gain a structured development experience designed to prepare both external candidates and current Scotiabank employees for progression into client-facing Commercial Banking roles. Program Structure & Duration This is a results-driven Talent Development Program of up to 12 months in duration. In this role, you will support the growth and management of a portfolio of agricultural and agri-business clients by helping deliver advice, credit solutions, and day-to-day relationship support.
