Accountabilities • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. • Lead QAT Strategy, Governance & Risk Management: Define and execute end-to-end QAT strategies aligned with business requirements and system architecture, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, UAT methodologies, and the Bank's risk appetite. Provide formal sign-off, identify risks, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory expectations. • Own End-to-End UAT Planning, Coordination & Delivery: Design and oversee UAT plans, test scenarios, and execution, managing project releases into test environments, coordinating code deployments, and ensuring optimal use of testing resources.
