Purpose As a member of the Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) team, the Manager, Strategy and Operating Group Communications, will support in the development and delivery of internal and external communications plans and tactics for the Strategy and Operating (S&O) Group. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and project manager and have experience supporting executive communications and high-profile business initiatives. This individual will be required to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure enterprise messaging alignment, while managing end-to-end communications for priority initiatives. This position reports to the Director, Strategy and Operating Group Communications and is an individual contributor. Key Accountabilities Develop high-quality communications for executives including town halls, speaking remarks, presentations, employee communications and social media. Support the planning and logistical execution of key internal events, including agenda development, participant briefing and day-of coordination. Plan, develop and manage end-to-end execution of various internal and external communications strategies and tactics for priority business initiatives.
