As a Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist , you'll play a pivotal role in managing programmatic advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Manager of Ad Operations, you'll collaborate closely with our Sales and Client Services teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, from trafficking and pixel implementation to performance analysis, all within a dynamic and remote-first environment. We are open to candidates located anywhere within Canada or the US. We will be prioritizing candidates located in Canada for this team. What you'll be doing: Collaborate with our Client Services team to fulfill client deliverables, including campaign trafficking, campaign modifications, and internal-facing ad operations Creation and delivery of pixel-based data-capturing systems QA campaign assets, pixels, and campaigns prior to launch to ensure accurate setup and measurement End to end campaign management and optimization support of programmatic campaigns across Native, Display, Video, Connected TV, Audio, and Digital Out-of-Home channels Support in-platform trading activities, including budget adjustments, pacing optimizations, and delivery troubleshooting to align with client objectives and KPIs Monitor live campaigns and performance data to identify optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements in partnership with Client Services Provide subject matter
