BRIEF INTRODUCTION Responsible for contributing to the ongoing investment success and continuous improvement of the Scotia Jarislowsky Fraser (SJF) business by combining investment analysis with strategic project management. This hybrid role is designed for a well-rounded professional who can bridge technical investment knowledge with business initiatives, ensuring strong execution of special projects and strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include providing dedicated support across a range of investment management and strategic initiatives, integrating portfolio analytics with cross-functional project execution. This position is essential to maintaining continuity and advancing priorities within the SJF business given the hybrid nature of the role, combining technical investment analysis, stakeholder communication, and product management. IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU In the role you will: 1. Investment Analysis & Support Conduct investment research, portfolio reviews/analytics, and assessments by pulling data from various sources (Bloomberg, Morningstar, Thomson One, FactSet) to support portfolio managers and leadership decision-making. Contribute to investment selection, performance attribution, and risk/return analysis; deliver insights to the portfolio management team to support competitive positioning and more effective portfolio advice.
