Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. This team is a Product Owner team for all HR tools & technologies in HR. Accountabilities Provide Tier 2 technical support for HR applications, resolving system issues escalated from HR Services. Manage user system access, SAP SuccessFactors Role-Based permissions, and other service requests. Ensure HRIS system updates are aligned with governance models and internal policies. Identify and mitigate risks in system procedures through automated processes. Create and maintain procedural documentation for enhanced or newly developed HR applications. Provides business analysis support to projects and initiatives by working closely with the product owners Facilitate and assist in business user acceptance testing. Collaborates with technology teams in the coordination and scheduling of system updates and system configuration Participate in meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to support business asks.
