Purpose Contribute to the overall success of Global Corporate Functions (GCF) - Compliance Engineering by executing and delivering individual goals, plans, and initiatives that support the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies and procedures. Accountability • Build and maintain strong working relationships with business and technology partners. • Provide ongoing technical support, including system integration, patching, and feed monitoring. • Support production and user acceptance testing (UAT) for assigned applications by identifying, assessing, escalating, and resolving issues, and by supporting other team members as needed. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure critical fixes are deployed in a timely manner. • Liaise with upstream and downstream system owners to understand data formats, semantic content, and end-to-end processes. • Serve as the technology support point of contact for the applicable system for Global GBM&T Compliance business owner(s) and users. • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time by: Participating in the development o
