Data Analyst Irvine, California POSITION SUMMARY Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc.'s Data Analyst will support in transforming complex business data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions across the organization. This role serves as a key analytical resource within the Information Systems (IS) team, partnering with cross functional groups-including Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other business units-to ensure data is integrated, modeled, and analyzed effectively in alignment with organizational goals. They will independently support teams extrapolate data, improve data management processes, and support alignment across teams. This position works within established tools and processes to support data management activities, improve analytical capabilities, and contribute to the organization's evolving data architecture and strategy. The Data Analyst impacts the quality, accuracy, and availability of business data that drives decision making, continuous improvement, and overall system performance.
