The mission of the Sr. Placement Executive is to be an integral part of the team and partner with Advisors, Directors and others in the firm to deliver a high level of service to our clients. This individual develops professional working relationships with clients, insurance companies, and agency personnel to maintain accounts and promote a positive working environment PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: In-depth knowledge consisting of Property, Inland Marine, General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation and Commercial Umbrella including knowledge of policy forms, terms/conditions. Maintain thorough knowledge of the insurance marketplace as well as develop and maintain significant relationships with key underwriters, ensuring thorough evaluation of qualified companies in the marketplace. Responsible for assessing client needs, designing solutions and negotiating with insurance carriers to obtain most appropriate coverage plans for clients.
