This role operates on a 3/12 schedule on the Weekend Shift - Friday though Sunday from 6:00am - 6:30pm What the Role Is As a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor,Weekend Shift at our Commercial Point, Ohio fulfillment center, you'll lead a team of associates responsible for getting orders out the door accurately, safely, and on time. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role where you own execution across core fulfillment workflows-ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met during a critical, high-volume shift. Your day starts on the floor-reviewing volume, confirming staffing, and setting clear expectations for the shift.
