About This Role: Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Effectiveness to build and lead the operational infrastructure for our new Long-Term Care (LTC) sales force targeting demand originating from facility-based settings. This role requires establishing entirely new analytical capabilities around facility-level data, transitioning from traditional physician-focused operations to facility-based commercial models. The position demands technical expertise in data integration, advanced analytics, incentive compensation and operational system design to support PointClickCare data onboarding. In addition this role will support an expanded Digital sales team on reporting, targeting to support geos that have solo coverage and incentive compensation.
