Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. About This Job The VP, Sr. Manager, Lead Intelligence & Signal Strategy leads the strategy behind the data signals that power lead creation, prioritization, and sales readiness across the enterprise. This role identifies which signals matter most, defines how they are interpreted, and determines when they are ready for activation-working closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to deliver scalable, high quality lead intelligence that drives growth. Responsibilities: Own the enterprise lead intelligence and signal strategy roadmap Define meaningful signals, scoring, and readiness criteria across business units Ensure lead quality, timing, and prioritization for marketing-generated leads Partner with Marketing Strategy, Sales, RevOps, Data Engineering, and Governance Evaluate and manage third-party data providers while driving long-term in-house capability Act as the escalation point for lead quality and prioritization questions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred 7+ years in lead intelligence, RevOps, marketing strategy, analytics, or related roles Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, scoring, and readiness concepts Experience partnering closely with Sales and RevOps in B2B or financial services environments Strategic, analytical thinker with strong judgment and
