Data Governance Specialist Manila, Philippines Axos Business Center, Corp About This Job The Data Analyst will help design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive suite of business intelligence tools to inform and support key business decisions. Job Description Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partners with Data Stewards, BU Data Owners, CISO, CDO, Chief Architect and Compliance groups to align data governance initiatives with business objectives. Conduct technical training sessions to promote data governance awareness across the organization. Operate as a spokesperson for Business Units and SME for Data Governance Technology team Support DG Council and working groups by providing analysis, reports, insights and recommendations. Participate and support any Data Governance / Data Management Internal, External and Regulatory audits Data Governance and Policy Management Support the development and maintenance of Enterprise Data Governance policies, standards, and procedures Facilitate adoption of Data Governance principles/ technology across Business units Lead Governance Model and Framework initiatives Technology & Tools Support Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data governance tools. Support Data lineage, Data cataloging, and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. Data Quality & Integrity Define and enforce data quality rules, metrics, and processes to improve data accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with data owners and stewards to layout & lead the processes and procedures to resolve data quality issues. Conduct data profiling and audits to identify anomalies and inconsistencies.
