About this role

Employee Experience Specialist- Temp role for 9 months Tel Aviv, Israel Axonius is seeking a proactive Employee Experience Specialist to cover a 9-month maternity leave, joining our People team. You will act as a key culture builder, designing and executing meaningful engagement initiatives that shape our organizational identity. This role blends hands-on event production with strategic ownership of experience to foster a connected, people-focused workplace. Responsibilities - End-to-End Event Production: Plan and execute cross-site social gatherings, internal programs, and professional off-sites, managing everything from conceptualization to on-site delivery. - Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee program budgets using internal systems (Workday, Zip) and manage external vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance tracking. - Employee Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring a seamless journey for new hires and maintaining employee milestone gifting programs. - Data-Driven Engagement: Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys to continuously improve the employee experience and support specialized internal work communities. Minimum Qualifications - Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Employee Experience, Wellbeing, or Event Production roles. - Operational Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets and navigating procurement workflows or internal financial systems. - Vendor Relations: Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing external service providers and production companies. - Availability: Ability to commit to a 9-month maternity leave cover with a hybrid office presence (twice weekly). Preferred Qualifications - - Industry Background: Experience working within the High-Tech or Cybersecurity sector. - Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Workday, Zip, or GroupHug
