Your Impact As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and improving the manufacturing systems and production processes at our Kassel facility. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure manufacturing processes are efficient, scalable, and reliable. What You'll Do Location: Onsite at our Kassel, Germany office Reports to: General Manager, Operations Support and optimize manufacturing systems, processes, and production workflows to ensure efficient and reliable operations. Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes, tooling, and production systems to increase throughput and reduce operational friction. Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues affecting manufacturing performance. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process flows, and system procedures. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring manufacturing readiness and process stability.
