Your Impact Join our team to bring next-generation RF sensor products from concept to reliable, scalable production. As a Senior Systems Engineer I, you will own the hardware lifecycle for RF-based counter-drone detection systems, working across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and certification. You will also contribute to early technical decisions such as concept definition and component selection. What You'll Do - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RF sensor hardware, from early prototypes through production ramp and sustaining support. - Support early-phase development through concept definition and component selection (RF, compute, power, and interfaces). - Drive manufacturing readiness, including design for manufacturing and testing, pilot builds, production bring-up, and continuous improvement. - Partner closely with production, suppliers/CMs, and quality teams to solve production issues, improve yield, and implement product changes. - Support compliance and certification activities (e.g., RED/FCC), including test planning, lab coordination, technical documentation, and follow-ups. - Lead system-level integration across RF
