Your Impact As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer II, you will be a key member of the Global Quality team. You will support the full product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes and products that meet or exceed Axon's standards and customer expectations. What You'll Do - Participate in the Axon Product Lifecycle (APL) process to ensure compliance with quality deliverables including issue resolution (CAPA), validation plans, CTQ identification, FAIR/PPAP documentation, and quality monitoring implementation. - Lead nonconforming material review (NCMR/MRB) and manage material dispositions with cross-functional teams. - Drive and manage 8D investigations and root cause analysis (RCA); implement effective corrective and preventive actions. - Develop and maintain FAIRs, PPAP documentation, and AQL sampling plans for incoming, in-process, and final inspections. - Provide engineering support to Receiving Inspection including Gage R&R studies, MSA, and inspection procedure development. - Support new product introduction (NPI) through validation, process control, and risk mitigation strategies
