Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II Tucson, AZ, United States Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II Tucson, AZ, United States Job Description As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II, here at Honeywell, you will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and quality in our advanced manufacturing environment. You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II, and you'll work out of our Tucson, AZ location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of our manufacturing operations by applying advanced manufacturing techniques and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve engineering challenges. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support advanced manufacturing engineering projects to improve manufacturing processes and product quality. Implement innovative manufacturing solutions using current technologies. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. Two years in Electrical Engineer and/ or recent graduate with some software experience is a must. Knowledge in any software languages. Proficiency in manufacturing process analysis, automation technologies, and data-driven decision making to enhance productivity and quality. Experience with CAD software, manufacturing execution systems
