You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II, and you'll work out of our Tucson, AZ location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of our manufacturing operations by applying advanced manufacturing techniques and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve engineering challenges. Implement innovative manufacturing solutions using current technologies. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. Two years in Electrical Engineer and/ or recent graduate with some software experience is a must. Knowledge in any software languages. Proficiency in manufacturing process analysis, automation technologies, and data-driven decision making to enhance productivity and quality.
