Your Impact The Chief of Staff to Axon's COO/CFO is a high-output role that sits at the center of both the company's financial strategy and global operations- a scope that necessitates sounds judgment, strategic planning, and the ability to move fast without losing detail. In this role, you will manage a high volume of competing priorities with precision. You will work directly with the COO/CFO to translate information into insights, advise on action, and translate complex financial and operational context into clear direction for the teams you work with. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has operated in demanding environments, and knows how to bring structure to complexity.
