ABOUT THE ROLE: Senior Payroll Analyst As a Payroll Processing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to accurately process payroll for employees based in the United States and International locations. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, as well as company policies while delivering timely and accurate payments to employees. Your attention to detail, knowledge of payroll laws, and proficiency with payroll software will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll Processing: o Calculate and process employee wages, salaries, bonuses accurately and in accordance with time records and employment contracts. o Ensure proper deductions for federal, state, and local taxes, as well as benefits, retirement contributions, and other withholdings. o Process payroll through specialized software such as Rippling, or similar systems, following established procedures and timelines. o Should also review and process expense reports, If any. 2. Tax Compliance: o Stay informed about federal, state, and local tax regulations related to payroll, including updates to withholding rates, exemptions, and reporting requirements. o Ensure accurate and
