Job Description: ABOUT YOUR ROLE: We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to own and optimize end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, enabling business growth and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic planning (S&OP) with hands-on execution across logistics, inventory, and cost management in a fast-paced global environment, offering the opportunity to work in a global environment with cross-functional stakeholders. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Lead and facilitate the S&OP process to align supply capabilities with market demand. Coordinate closely with suppliers and forwarders to ensure reliable, cost-efficient, and on-time delivery (including Just-in-Time (JIT) operations). Identify risks in supply-demand balance and propose actionable solutions. Inventory & Cost Management Manage inventory levels and logistics-related costs, driving continuous cost optimization initiatives.
